BTI’s Parma Data Center is located 16 miles south of downtown Cleveland and only five minutes from Hopkins International Airport. The facility is serviced by redundant fiber backbones located at opposite ends of the building. This Data Center sits on high ground and follows all of the strict electrical, environmental, and security standards that BTI instills on all of their Data Centers.

One of the unique features of the Data Center in Parma is its Meet Me Room . This room is capable of sitting up to 45 persons with direct access into the BTI fiber backbone. From this room, our clients have closed circuit control of their data anywhere on our network. This could be access in the same building for clients working on-site, or access to any of the other five BTI Data Centers.
